A Canadian Air Force Officer's Side Cap Badge 1920-1924 Auction Archive The collection was acquired fromA Canadian Air Force Officer's Side Cap Badge 1920 1924; Four piece construction, unmarked, silver wings flanking a CAF cypher above a ribbon banner inscribed in Latin "SIC ITUR AD ASTRA" (Go To The Stars), overlaying a copper base with maple leaf and crown, red embroidery in the crown, 45 mm x 56. 5 mm, intact lugs, exhibiting light contact and surface wear, near extremely fine.
