Koichi Tohei Ki Sayings (Shokushu) CD by Clayton Naluai Shintaido the work of the armsRare CD by Clayton Naluai (7th degree black belt) reading the 22 Ki Sayings (or Shokushu) created by Koichi Tohei, founder of the Ki Society. In Ki Society dojos the Ki Sayings are typically read before starting each class to help focus the mind on the essence of practice. This CD was professionally recorded in a studio by Clayton Naluai who was not only a 7th degree black belt but also a singer for the Hawaiian group "The Surfers".
