In Gold, a white enamel cross pattee, the obverse medallion features the crowned cypher of Wilhelm II on a green enamel field, the reverse mirrors the obverse, measures 56. 5mm (w) x 60. 2mm (h inclusive of integral ball), weighs 32. 6 grams, marked on integral ball with Lions head denoting 1906 1953 manufacture in the Netherlands for small gold items, small chips to edges of white
