Tinariwen - Hoggar (Ltd. Edition White Vinyl) Quenn II Her voice and music –sometimesTinariwen, or , is a Tuareg group, formed in 1982 in exile in Algeria from Mali. They also spent some years in Libya. Tinariwen feel neither Algerian nor Malian: they are Tuareg, and regard the border that separates the two countries as a product of colonialism.
